Each client is assigned their own personal nurse care consultant. This professional conducts regular monthly assessments to each client’s home and during the visit they review the care that is being provided. A thorough evaluation is performed to determine that the services being provided are consistent with the clients personal care needs.
4. How are calls handled after business hours and on weekends?
Paradise Healthcare has professionals from the staffing and nursing departments manning our after hours phones 24/7. Each client is given these phone numbers in the event a situation arises that affects continuity of care.
